Universal Orlando Resort Team Member Recognition Awards
The Excellence in Leadership, Bravo, and Impact awards are among the highest honors a Universal Team Member can receive. But the logos telling that story had drifted apart, disconnected from each other and from the brand they represented. We built a unified visual system that gives each award its own identity while making clear they all share the same world-class parent brand. The awards recognize different roles, not different levels, and the system reflects that distinction. Now when a Team Member receives one of these awards, the logo says something beyond congratulations. It says: you belong here.
