Universal Orlando Resort Team Satisfaction Survey

The global Team Member Satisfaction (TSAT) program is critical to how Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) engages with their tens of thousands of Team Members. The core is an annual survey, which drives actions throughout the year. We were brought in to create a cohesive brand (including logo and tagline), that drew from the parent brand, for use at UDX destinations across the globe.
