OBJECTIVE: To inspire passion, participation, and sense of purpose from Universal Orlando Resort Team Members as they prepare, resort-wide, for the opening of Universal’s Epic Universe. The Road to Epic is not just about opening new gates—it’s about elevating the entire destination.
POSITIONING: Universal is epic. It is who we are, where we come from, and where we are headed. It is a mindset and an expectation. And no matter what our job is, we can make it epic—for our guests and for each other, every day.

It’s all about perspective. So we will use photography to bring a fresh perspective to seemingly every day team member moments. Taken from an unusual point of view with dramatic angles and bright colors, the photography will shine a light on the uniqueness of Team Members and Universal Orlando as a workplace.
